When you come in we will need the following:
* A color copy of your driver’s license, social security, and (if applicable) immigration card
* Copy of your proof of vehicle insurance (we will make the copy)
* Any certifications you have i.e.:CNA, med certificate, CPR &/or first aid
* We run background checks before hiring caregivers. We cannot hire you if you have a criminal record or a recent history of drug or alcohol abuse.

From I-25:
-take the Belleview exit and go east
-take your first right onto DTC Parkway
-take your second left, this takes you into our parking lot.
