24-hour Residential Treatment Facility for at-risk youth needs counselors for several shifts including EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, and OVERNIGHTS. There are currently FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions available. You must be able to work either Sunday morning or evening! Youth Counselors are responsible for the safety and welfare of the residents, as well as general housekeeping and clerical duties. Counselors will participate in daily youth activities while providing guidance and life skills. Overnight counselors will conduct and document routine bed checks to ensure the safety and security of the residents as well as be responsible for the enforcement of program rules and norms. Skills/Requirements: Bachelor's degree, Associate's Degree with one year experience, or two years experience in Human Services required. Must be able to pass CBI, FBI, and Social Services background checks.
