professional office experience required, preferably in a law firm setting, to assist with office and client responsibilities. We are friendly, casual and low key and are looking for a personable capable receptionist with zero tolerance for errors to assist us. Will be mostly responsible for basic administrative functions such as answering phones, screening incoming calls, returning client calls, filing, calendaring, billing etc. Will occasionally have direct client contact with some of the office procedures used in Estate Planning.

MUST BE CONFIDENT, TECHNOLOGY SAVVY, GREAT WITH COMPUTERS AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT, MUST TYPE tt16770 WPM (AND HAVE CERTIFICATE), DETAIL ORIENTATED, FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE. IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD ALSO HAVE SOME SALES EXPERIENCE.

Duties would include greeting clients, managing incoming client calls using our multi-line phone system, returning client phone calls, scheduling client meetings, following up with clients regarding meeting, etc, and briefly describing some of our services to clients who call in. Duties will also include processing daily mail, faxing, copying, scanning, office organization and miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of three Attorney's and one other legal assistant.

Qualifications:

- Prior receptionist experience preferred, at least 2 years

- Must be proficient with all modern office equipment such as scanners, fax machines, computers and phones, experience with electronic file management important

- Professional attitude and demeanor

- Detail oriented and organized

- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Outlook

- Ability to multi task

- Resourcefulness and the ability to work independently and as a team
