The "E" Project Theatre Company in Lakewood, Colorado, needs a volunteer to handle the box office phone and e-mail. Reliability, clear diction, e-mail access, and a pleasant phone manner are a must. Duties will include:
1) check the reservation line at least once a day (including weekends)
2) call back all reservations within 24 hours
3) keep an updated list of reservations (with addresses and email addresses) and bring it to the theatre every Friday (or get it to someone that is going to the theatre)
4) Email all email reservations within 24 hours as well
5) Forward any other phone calls that come in through the reservation line to the appropriate people
