The Tier 2 Technical Support Specialists are responsible for providing Swiftpage’s growing customer base with solutions to problems. This role is fast past, dynamic and exciting.


Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self motivated and detail oriented
• Must be able to handle multiple projects/tasks
• Organized
• Ability to think creatively and on the fly
• Self directive and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Technical Degree preferred
