Technical Lead/Project Manager

Job Description
The Tech Lead/Project Mgr will require an understanding of enterprise software customers needs, technical specifications, and will be able to convey this information to the leadership of a global team delivering server-level products. Environment is agile.
Bross Group is seeking individuals with a strong background in software development. This position will entail the following responsibilities:
Task definition to meet agile iteration/sprint and release needs.
Coordinate with planning team to establish features for development segments.
Leadership in conveying product information and timelines to global engineering team.
Regular interaction with Product Planning and senior management
Release championing including coordination, training, prioritization,
Qualifications
Solid experience in Project or Product Management.
Background to include Software Development.
Strong Java experience.
Minimum 10 years overall experience.
Work in a commercial software environment with application servers.
Enterprise software development leadership experience.
Open source experience.
Able to explain technology at various conceptual levels.
Understand and communicate in both technology and business terms.
Understanding of implementation challenges.
Open to international travel.
Education
BS in Computer Science or related field.
MS a plus!
