We currently have an opportunity in our Littleton, CO office for a Staff Accountant. The position reports to the Controller, and has no direct reports.
Responsibilities:
1. AP data entry for all job related material invoices
2. Pricing for products
3. Invoicing
4. Price Maintenance
5. Reconciliations / GL prep
6. Controls / documentation management
7. Analysis of profitability of jobs
8. Analysis of Gross Profit
9. Analysis of Actual versus Budget
10. Analysis of marketing expenses
11. Inventory analysis
12. Managing of Fixed Assets
13. Bank Reconciliations
14. Multi-state sales tax
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Accounting
2. Minimum three (3) years experience in general ledger accounting but not limited to fixed assets and bank reconciliations
3. Solid computer skills – including intermediate excel / spreadsheet knowledge
4. Mas90 software experience a plus
5. Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
6. Exceptional communication skills
7. Must be dependable, self-motivated, and a team player
8. Operational and operations experience required
9. Ability to think analytically
10. Business/economic analysis
11. Strong business sense
12. Ability to utilize systems and DB information
