We are currently underway in a search for a strong Sr. Financial Analyst.Our client, an established industry leader in developing tools and services to assist employers with managing worker absenteeism, is looking to bring someone on immediately.Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will have several responsibilities, including:
1. Performs financial analysis and develops reports for CFO.
2. Prepares monthly and quarterly financial reports.
3. Performs budget analysis and prepares reports for management staff.
4. Performs quarterly cost analysis.
5. Contributes to the development of a pricing strategy in conjunction with CFO.
6. Develops pricing models and analysis.
OTHER DUTIES:
Cross training and flexibility to support other accounting functions.
Other duties as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education in accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Financial analyst, preferably in a service environment.
• Strong Excel modeling skills
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and possess strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize workload and perform well in a multi-task, changing environment
