The technical skill sets we are looking for are:
»experience developing SharePoint applications for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS 2007)
»experience with the Community Kit for SharePoint
»experience with .NET technologies (ASP.NET 2.0,C#)
»SQL Server experience
»full software development life cycle experience
»browser technology skills including html, css and javascript
»experience using CVS or similar version control systems
