** BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or substantial experience that may substitute.
** FileNet certified Solutions Architect with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on development and administration experience. A good foundational understanding across the entire P8 suite is desired. However, specific expertise with the Content Engine, Process Engine, Process Analyzer and BAM capabilities is preferred.
** Valuable administrative experience would cover tasks such as:
** Experience with FileNet Installation/Upgrades/Service Packs
** Experience with administering the FileNet Oracle databases
** Minimum of 5 years applications architecture experience and at least 2 years in a project or personnel leadership role.
** Extensive experience in deploying FileNet P8 applications (Including installation, configuration and Importing/exporting)
** Strong ability to work in Solaris, Linux and Windows based server environments
** Experience with several of the following: SOA concepts, ESB, Web Services, XML, J2EE, Java, JMS, .Net, SQL, Data transformation, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing and System Integration
** Expert knowledge of FileNet architectural principles, standards, technical trends, and industry best practices.
** Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to Executive Management
** Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
