Our client, a real estate development company headquartered in Colorado, is seeking a Senior Accountant.The company offers:

Responsibilities include:
•Assist in the month end close process
•Assist in the annual budget process
•Assist in the design, refinement, and implementation of accounting processes, policies and procedures.
•Working closely with internal groups to meet SEC reporting requirements.
•Working closely with due diligence and acquisitions teams to accumulate information required to record property acquisitions and dispositions.
•Working closely with Operations group to provide financial information needed to meet specific reporting requirements.
•Assist in SOX Compliance
•Special Projects
