Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years insurance experience
-Demonstrated competency to act as primary contact for clients, including the ability to apply advanced knowledge and skills in working without direction on specific assigned accounts
-Colorado Property and Casuality insurance license
-Proficient in all Account Manager duties
-Participation in the preparation and presentation on a minimum of 4 accounts
-Posses or be working to obtain CPCU, ARM, CIC, CRM or simiilar designation
Sr. Account Manager works in conjunction with Account Executive(s) and/or Producer(s) to provide customer service on all assigned accounts. Primary contact for clients on specified accounts
Position Responsibilities:
-All aspects of account servicing, marketing and retention
-Primary contact for clients on specific accounts
-Complete assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgement, analysis and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations
-Identify and communicate uncovered exposures to clients
-Contract review to identify insurance requirements and price coverage(s)
-Develop project lists, service plans and stewardship reports on specific accounts
-May direct activity of account service staff on specific accounts
-Project Workers' Compensation mods or ensure that they are projected on specific accounts
-Maintain accurate client database in Sagitta
-Attend selected new business and renewal presentations, as approved/recommended by Team Leader
-Successfully complete specific educational/career development classes, as assigned by Team Leader
-Travel to meet with clients in the development of the account
-Perform other related duties, as assigned
Selected candidate must be professional, with a proven work history of reliability and dependability. Recent Sr. Account Manager position required as well.
