Reports to Youth Programs Director
Management of Front-Range Diversity Program
Develop and maintain youth agency relationships
Identify eligible youth agencies
Identify and train teacher coordinators
Register students for Front Range Diversity Program
Train and manage volunteers assigned to Front Range Diversity Programs
Schedule program days with resort ski schools
Develop and maintain resort relationships
Attend on-hill days to evaluate program effectiveness
Ensure prompt collection of waivers and fee for service for participants
Assist with organization of Colorado Eagle River Ride including gathering volunteers, sponsorship, and funding.
Development of outreach programs with partnering institutions
Creation of regional internships to support programs staff
Find new avenues for volunteer recruitment
Assist in the reform of seasonal staff structure
Support all SOS Outreach programs, events, awareness days, and fundraisers involving organization of volunteers for preparation, execution, and clean-up.
Schedule, with Youth Programs Director and Curriculum Director, to ensure SOS office hours will be adequately covered.
All other VISTA-appropriate duties as assigned.
