I have rented Ice from 8:00 AM till 9:30 AM.
I am setting up a drop in style of Ice Hockey for advanced beginner on up. This is drop-in hockey with dark and light jerseys required of all. Please; no neutral colors such as gold.
I have scheduled 16 sessions (April through August) Saturday mornings 8:00 AM till 9:30 AM.
Cost is $130.00 for all the sessions. I am rostering 40 skaters for this. Once your on the roster and paid you have locked in your spot. The NO SUBSTITUTE rule is in place. When you are unable to make it, I don't need to be notified. But, you don't get to send a substitute to get your money's worth. You're getting your money's worth already with roughly 16 sessions planned of no whistle icetime for 1.5 hours.
Please remember this is for fun. We do body up, but there is no grinding on the boards or checking at all. We don't run the goalies or play stupidly with the stick around the face, knees, ankles, skates, etc. We do compete however. I have banned a couple of players in the past for excessive force after having warned them in the past (NO REFUNDS). Most of the guys will back off on the lesser skilled players, but don't always count on it.
NO ALCOHOL anywhere on the premises. Don't come to the rink with alcohol on your breath either. You’ll be asked to leave (AGAIN NO REFUNDS).
You must wear a certified ice hockey helmet at a minimum, with the standard stock of equipment requested of you as well.
The first couple of weeks and the last couple of weeks will have a large turn-out (Average will be 20 Skaters). Please just expect that.
