Responsibilities:

Use your expertise and strong analytical skills to lead and support SAP Application software implementation / integration projects and sales efforts. Along with leading projects, mentoring staff, participating in team sales, and building relationships with consulting personnel, you will contribute to the assessment, design, and development of SAP related business and/or technical requirements and solutions. Communicating with clients to ensure our products exceed their expectations is essential.
Requirements:
Best candidates will have 3+ years experience with SAP HR and at least 2 full life cycle implementations. Must have experience with SAP HR.

Progressive-knowledge of SAP's Industry Solution (Automotive, Banking, Consumer Products, Healthcare, High Tech & Electronics, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, Public Sector, Telecommunications, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Retail, Aerospace & Defense, Chemicals); Progressive-level knowledge of SAP Tools and Methods (Automated Methods, Environment-AME, ASAP Methodology, Aris Toolset, Implementation Management Guide-AME, Mentor, Director, R/3 Analyzer, Testing Tools-Auto Tester). Experience with installation and configuration of SAP R/3 software, a college degree, and strong leadership and communication skills are key. You will really catch our attention if you have certification, and an advanced degree. You must also be willing to travel extensively.
