We have an exciting opportunity for an Emergency Services Director
in our Level II Trauma Center - one of only eight in Colorado.
Located in scenic Greeley, Colorado, you will lead our most prestigious
and acclaimed unit, to include Center Emergency Department, and Air Life.
Services include MedEvac ( celebrating 25 years of service ) and a
world-renowned Burn Unit, with a new wing opening summer 2008.
Due to a retirement of many years of service, we now seek the "right"
talent to join our leadership team
Not only recognized as an esteemed trauma care facility within the state,
our center achieved the acclaimed verification as a trauma center by the
American College of Surgeons ( ACS ) .
The Emergency Services Director has administrative responsibilities for
multiple medical center services and departments, and is responsible
for coordinating services with other leaders and administrators,
legal counsel and other center staff. Customers of this position are
both internal and external, including center leadership, employees,
medical staff, regulatory agencies and the community.
The Emergency Services Director creates a region wide focus of performance
improvement and quality management and is responsible for leading assigned
operational planning consistent with center priorities to identify and
reach short and long term goals.

•Master`s Degree in Business or other healthcare related field
5 years leadership experience at the director level
•Must possess demonstrated team building and conflict resolution skills.
•Eligible for licensure in Colorado
•Trauma Level II experience
