QA ENGINEER - Software

What we're looking for: Rally is seeking a motivated QA Engineer with an innate curiosity about how things work and the drive to improve them. This is a key role on the engineering team helping to guide development and define acceptance tests.
Responsibilities include:Creating and implementing test acceptance criteria, manual testing, recording defects, evaluating test data, problem discovery, tracking and resolution in addition to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by managing customer defects
Ideal candidates will have the following experience and attributes:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of QA experience is recommended.
• Experience testing web based applications using Internet Explorer and/or FireFox.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of software testing methodology.
• Strong team-orientated, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a dynamic development environment.
• Must be highly motivated, self-driven, and have the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Agile Software Development Methods desired.
