Property Management company with properties of 100-300 rental units is seeking qualified senior level maintenance techs to start now! We are looking for someone who is motivated, determined and willing to do what it takes to get the task finished!

We need people to:
**Keep an adequate inventory of apartments rent ready
**Maintain property operations and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. **Diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structures and appliances.
**Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
You must own a vehicle and have a clean driving record. We run a pre-hire criminal background check.
