This position is responsible for providing day-to-day technical and administrative support on the GWHIS Project and Portfolio Management system (Clarity). Responsibilities include creating and maintaining standard operating procedure documentation, analyzing and implementing solutions for system problems, ensuring the integrity of the resource management data via data entry and analysis. The Clarity system is the core of the GWHIS Portfolio Administration. This position is responsible for maintaining and leveraging the key data within this system.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain the integrity of the data within Clarity as it relates to resources, roles, rates, access rights (UA1), and HIPAA CBT tracking. The focus of this responsibility will be around adding, terminating, and extending resources in Clarity
  • Investigate, analyze and implement solutions to AR tickets opened in relation to Clarity system to maintain operations. Troubleshoot and make recommendations to resolve moderate system problems.
  • Provide backup assistance for the Facilities Manager. This includes making sure Floor Coordinators are assigned for requisitions and assisting in the processing of the facilities setup for online resource requisitions.
  • Communicates and participates with Project Managers and Resource Managers in order to determine their business needs and assist in completing requests and/or resolving problems.
  • Perform test functions on the Clarity system by running established procedures in order to ensure continued accuracy of project, resource, and time management data. Assists in the design and implementation of test functions.
  • Other portfolio administration tasks as assigned
Qualifications: Education Formal education acquired through a specialized bachelors degree in business, science or technology, or equivalent mastery gained through experience (see below). Minimum Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to (1) be analytical, (2) strong customer service skills, (3) strong communication skills (4) detail oriented and thorough, (5) ability to manage and prioritize multiple assigned tasks; (6) Be able to work independently
Required Experience: More than two (2) years but less than or equal to two (5) years. Without a Specialized Bachelors degree, an additional three to four years directly related experience is required
