The project manager is responsible and accountable for monitoring jobs from concept to delivery and ensuring error-free production, on-time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Review creative to match production specifications
- Give direction on data processing; keep departments and vendors on schedule
- Manage print and lettershop production, and maintain quality standards
- Anticipate and identify potential project/production problems
- Create innovative ways of getting things done through others
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in direct marketing
- 5+ years experience in print and lettershop production
- Understand postal rules and regulations
- Ability to translate list strategy into data processing instructions
- Excellent project management, prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to see the big picture while not losing sight of the details
- BA/BS degree in Business, Advertisting/Marketing or related field
