NuBilt Restoration and Construction, a progressive restoration and construction company that cares 24/7, has a challenging position available for a Project Coordinator.The person in this position is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of each job. The duties include (but not limited to): obtaining permits when needed; supervising qualified subcontractors; supervising in-house crews; ordering project materials within set budget guidelines,communicating the progress of the project with the homeowner as well as the Project Managers on a consistent basis; maintaining our computer reporting system. The successful candidate will possess the following skill set to accomplish these tasks: -5 + years hands-on experience in construction- specifically remodel/reconstruction of residential and light commercial properties. -Willingness and ability to perform hands-on work, when needed. -Above average customer service expertise- clients, subcontractors and vendors -Time management expertise- scheduling and meeting internal and external deadlines -Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment -Budget forecasting and job costing maintenance comprehension -Strong computer skills- MSOffice -A strong desire to succeed -Clean driving record and background check. -Ability to produce in highly stressful situations -Understanding of the insurance restoration/ construction business. -Willingness to participate in our 24 hour on-call rotation program -Bilingual (Spanish) a plus NuBilt offers a competitive compensation (DOE), health insurance, vacation and incentives.
