Patient Coordinator with Management Possibilities
High end medical spa is seeking experienced individual to assist Doctors, RNs, and Laser Specialists in fast paced aesthetic clinic.Individual needs computer skills, knowledge of non-surgical aesthetic industry, customer service experience.Position requires weekends and evening hours.Pay is hourly plus commission on product sales.
Employee job includes, but is not limited to:
- Patient coordination with aesthetic services
- Computer booking, and ringing up of services
- Patient follow-up
- Stocking and ordering supplies for treatments
- Opening and closing office
- Overseeing patients medical charts and information
- Greeting patients
