Small DTC property management company owns and operates 8 small-tenant office and medical buildings, and seeks part-time Administrative Assistant. Qualifications: • Proficiency in Word and Excel, including Mail Merge • Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities is a must • Proficient in QuickBooks • Quick learner and ability to multi-task • Possess excellent people skills to deal with tenants, vendors and real estate brokers • Ability to work in an occasionally fast-paced small office environment • Proven track record of job and personal stability • Real Estate experience helpful Duties to include: • Type leases using Microsoft Office Mail Merge program • Prepare spreadsheets and letters as directed by Property Manager • Prepare and maintain tenant and vendor files including Rent Rolls, Tenant Lists, and Janitorial Orders etc… • Respond to tenant maintenance requests • Maintaining QuickBooks to include adding new tenants, vendors, tenant charges & sending out statements • Greeting Tenants, handling maintenance requests • Answering phones • Distribute mail & faxes • Filing/faxing The position is approximately 15 - 18 hours per week, 3 – 4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Fridays preferred). The hours will be approximately between 9:00 a.m to 2:30 p.m. No health benefits. We are looking to fill this position as quickly as possible.
