Prominent Denver law firm is currently looking for a paralegal with three years experience in commercial real estate, lending and entity formation.
Candidates for this position must be enthusiastic and competent professionals with an excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven record of being able to prioritize work and manage multiple projects are required.
Responsibilities include research, title and survey analysis preparing closing checklists and UCC filings; performing searches and analysis, entity formation and maintenance due diligence review and organization.
