We require:
-7 Day working Interveiw to determine skill level and reliability.
-Vehicle that can pull a 5x10 trailer or hauls ladders(van, truck with topper).
-Hand tools. (hand masker, 5and1, brushes, roller set-up, any other tools help greatly as well. ((ladders etc.)) ).
-At least 5 years painting experiance with residential re-paints.
-Ability to do exterior residential re-paints mostly. Some interior work as well, not much though.
Job description:
-Must be proficient with a sprayer and be able to troubleshoot it.
-Neat in appearance, ability to move in a quick effecient manner.
-Must prove citizenship, speak FLUENT english, and have no criminal background trouble.
-Reliability is a MUST. Do not apply for this position if your not serious or kicking tires. We work ALL OVER the city and Boulder.
We will provide $16.00 an hour to start.
After the working trial period we will move you up to $18.00 an hour if you meat our guidelines for the position.
Once you are running a crew for us we will pay you $20.00 an hour.
Our Pay periods will be:
Turn in time cards Friday and get paid on Monday. WE DO NOT GIVE CASH ADVANCES.
We will be offering gas bonuses as well as other bonus options ( when you bring work in, job's completed early, etc.....) THESE bonuses will be offered as the SUMMER picks up. Not right away.
