Robert Half Technology's client in Boulder County seeks a web developer to support client-facing websites and e-commerce sites. The initial focus will be on continued development and support of LAMP-based tools. There is a planned shift to a .NET/SQL Server platform. This is position with direct exposure to both internal and external clients, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed, as well as a demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated self-starter who is quick to learn and has strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
Skills
- Two plus years of professional development experience with PHP
- Experience developing data-driven web applications utilizing MySQL
- Demonstrated ability in website programming and design
- Disciplined in object-oriented design (Java/.NET a plus)
- Exposure to other current web development technologies (XML, AJAX, etc.)
- Ability to work with business users to gather requirements
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects
Education
- Related college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
