SUMMARY: Ensures that all computers and network systems at the casino are properly functioning at all times.Work with company help desk program and troubleshoots any technology problems that may arise. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and software. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups as per company policies. Administers, maintains and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of company databases. Documents, maintains, IT procedures for hardware & software installs. Troubleshoot through verbal descriptions. Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None QUALIFICATIONREQUIREMENTS: Ability to acquire and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License. Knowledge ofWindows desktop and server operating systems required. Knowledge of networking WAN & LAN preferred. Working knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports and Aristocrat Oasis systems preferred. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Associates degree or equivalent. 2-5 years experience in a related field. 1 to 2 years experience troubleshooting PCs. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to communicate with all levels of employees. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Excellent analytical, mathematical and organizational skills required PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to sit, stand, stoop, kneel for duration of shift. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The casino environment is often loud with many distractions. The IT Server Room can be loud and chilly. The casino is located in the mountains and requires a commute through canyons. Must be able to work all shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
