This sweet little laptop/overnight bag has served me very well, including a three week trip to China, but it is time to move on. I have included the description from the patagonia website below if you need more information. It holds my 12" iBook perfectly with a couple change of clothes.
The bag is in perfect condition and I hate to part with it but really want the larger MLC also by Patagonia. It doesn't look like you can get this bag from Patagonia any longer so this may be your best chance.

The One Bag by Patagonia boasts overnight accommodations for a laptop, a change of clothes and toiletries, plus the ability to morph into a backpack. There are two main compartments, one with a foam-padded laptop computer sleeve, the other with a mesh pocket that works as a compression panel. Ergonomic backpack straps tuck neatly away when you need to appear more businesslike. Made from 1,680-denier Ballistics Cloth nylon and lined with 210-denier prismatic reflective nylon (for excellent visibility); both are coated for water-resistance.
