ProSource Wholesale Floorcoverings, the most recognized name in wholesale floorcoverings is looking to branch out into the multifamily housing industry and is currently looking for a proven market sales professional to join our team.This position will manage the sale of various flooring products into the new construction and renovation segments of the Multifamily Channel of Property Management. ∑ Land new customers in order to exceed the assigned annual critical sales number as established by management ∑ Manage and develop existing multi-family accounts ∑ Develop and maintain relationships with the topmultifamily owners & managers located in Denver to secure specifications of ProSource brands and/or opportunities to submit bids on multifamily direct sales ∑ Develop and maintain relationships with the top general contractors that specialize in residential multifamily construction with offices in the assigned region ∑ Develop a Business Plan related to capturing market share down to the individual account level including all relevant communications, merchandising, promotion ∑ Oversee all aspects of Multi-Family field operations, scheduling installations and various trades as required by contract ∑ Together with ProSource preferred installation crews perform quotations for related products to secure new business in accordance with the margin expectations established by management Job Experience: ∑ Incentives paid for book of business, established relationships with local clients ∑ Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time ∑ Familiarity with direct sales of wholesale floorcoverings (preferred) or related building products to large production single family and/or multifamily builders and managing companies ∑ Familiarity with the major floor covering suppliers nationally ∑ High level of proficiency with Excel/ Office/ Outlook to complete pricing and scheduling ∑ Strong relationship building skills, executive presentation skills, and a combination of strategic and tactical skills ∑ Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-company teams to build credibility among ProSource sales group and customers is a must ∑ High Sense of urgency, aggressive, confident and self-driven team player ProSource Wholsesale Floorcoverings offers an aggressive, performance based compensation with benefits, including holidays and vacations, 401k, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
