Business Analyst to support a wide variety of in-house and third party applications in use by the Denver division personnel. Specifically, support of applications related to accounting, land management, production, operations, engineering and economic and reserves management. No support of geological, geophysical or petrophysical applications is expected. Must become very familiar with all relevant applications. Be able to provide first level of support to end users related to questions, bugs or enhancements related to these applications. Be able to communicate bugs and enhancements to Houston development staff or third party support staff for resolution. Be able to prioritize requests from multiple end users. Test software releases and provide and/or coordinate training for applications for new hires as well as newly released applications or enhancements/features. Knowledge of upstream oil & gas applications a must. Knowledge of Oil & Gas operations, production, asset management and accounting very important. College degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years E&P experience Travel to Houston and multiple field offices required Experience working on IT projects or supporting applications Strong knowledge of E&P operations, economic analysis Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
