I'm a small painting company owner and looking for someone to be in charge w/ 60% office management + 40% commercial estimating Part-time only - Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Estimator, reporting directly to the owner. Looking for someone well experienced in computer programs - MS Word, Excel, e-mail systems. Experience with Quickbooks a must. Looking for someone who is personable with good communication skills, someone who's not afraid of spend some time on the phone. Willing to train for paint estimating. I just need someone who has simple understanding of blueprints. Duties for estimating include submittals, change orders and job scheduling. Construction experience is plus but not required. Every commercial jobs you get that are more than $10,000.00, you will be compensated w/ 5% commission. Hours will be from 9 AM - 1 PM or 10 AM - 2 PM The office is located on S. Parker Rd.
