As an Associate Client Service Specialist, you become a key ingredient in building relationships with our clients. You succeed at maintaining the relationships of our clients as well as relationships throughout the organization. You are passionate about being a recognized contributor in providing our clients with the highest level of service and are willing to take on special projects as assigned. Responsibilities: • Provide daily phone and email based application support and technical issue resolution for clients, primarily via the support line for Atlas clients. • Develop a thorough working knowledge of the Atlas Suite. • Engage internal resources as necessary to resolve technical and client issues and escalate where appropriate. • Thoroughly record client interactions in CRM tool, including client questions and resolution status/result(s). • Provide Atlas training primarily to small-scale Atlas clients via webinar. • Provide status reports to Client Services Manager and Management regarding identified trends and/or the status of key initiatives. • Manage and implement small to enterprise Atlas client campaigns and projects. • Manage and support search engine marketing initiatives, and feed based services for Atlas clients. • Act as technical liaison between development team and client services team. • Special projects as assigned. Qualifications: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel. • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. • High attention to detail. • Ability to multi-task. • Ability to perform under pressure and against tight deadlines. • Sense of ownership and accountability over assigned work. Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Knowledge of digital marketing, third party ad serving, Flash, JavaScript or HTML is a plus.
