Major Responsibilities:
Acquiring strong product knowledge of the entire Melt product line
Providing outstanding customer service
Advising and assisting customers with their choice of products for themselves and for others
Maintain Melt visual merchandising standards
Develop a customer data base to promote loyalty program, continued sales, product launches and internet sales
Requirements:
Must present a positive professional and energetic attitude
Must possess a passion for customer service and selling
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Basic math skills required
Computer literacy required
