Position Summary Interpret market and performance data to provide decision support information for establishing market direction and strategies. Monitor and evaluate success of marketing strategies and provide decision support data for changes to campaigns to management.
Principal Responsibilities Interpret data and provide decision support data to enable management to create effective marketing and sales strategies. Interpret product usage and market data, and provide decision support data to enable Marketing and Executive Management in decision making to sustain or abandon marketing and sales campaigns. Create effective reporting tools for providing information to management. Create effective tools for measuring success of marketing campaigns Monitor agreed upon strategies to report progress to management Create and maintain market analysis reporting mechanisms for field staff. Provide interpreted market data to field staff. Work with marketing and operations staff to develop customer surveys, evaluate responses and make recommendations for areas of improvement
Education and Experience Requirements Bachelors degree in business, finance or marketing 5 or more years experience in student loan industry preferably for a guaranty agency 4+ years experience conducting market analysis in a related field Strong experience in MS Office tools such as Excel with data cube capabilities, Acrobat, Access, and similar analysis and reporting tools
