Legal Assistant/Office Manager Solo business law practitioner located in central Denver is looking for a Legal Assistant/Office Manager.This full time position will be responsible for: •document preparation for the formation of new business entities, annual meetings, trademark filings, and assorted business transactions •corporate filings •reception •scheduling/docketing •billing •accounts payable •technology management •other office administration tasks The ideal candidate must be willing to learn, exercise good independent judgment, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and have a good sense of humor. One year of business/corporate law firm experience is required.A paralegal certificate or degree in legal administration may be substituted for the required experience.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Vista is required.Experience with Quickbooks and Timeslips is highly desired and computer hardware knowledge is preferred.
