We are currently seeking LPNs with IV certification to supplement the staffing needs in our healthcare facilities.
Required Qualifications:
-Current unrestricted LPN with IV certification in the state of Colorado
-Current CPR/BLS certification and as required ACLS, PALS, TNCC and other certifications if applicable
-Proof of recent Physician’s Health Statement, MMR, Varicella and TB skin testing
-Documented evidence of a minimum of 12 months experience within the last 36 months within the area for which applicant has applied
-Completion of our annual update of OSHA/HIPPA requirements
-Successful score of 80% in LPN testing for each clinical area in which you qualify to work.
-Provide 2 clinical supervisory contacts for reference
