Customer Service & Personal Skills-Excellent problem solving skills and ability
-Self Starter with ability to perform well with limited supervision
-Strong oral and written communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
-Willingness to work flexible hours, travel, and be on call
-Ability to learn
Experience-2 years experience in Microsoft Windows server products including Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange, and IIS (Microsoft Small Business Server experience preferred)
-2 years experience with LAN/WAN Technology including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT
Required Technical Skills--Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Visio
--Experience with Microsoft server products including Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange and IIS
--Experience with backup strategies and virus defense applications
--Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocol as well as DNS, NAT, and DHCP
--Understanding of network security and intrusion prevention
--Knowledge of web technologies a plus (ASP.Net, PHP, Cold Fusion, etc.)
EducationAssociate’s and/or Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science (or equivalent demonstrated work experience).
