Comcast is looking for a smart, experienced, results-driven human resources professional to be a business partner with our Divisional and Field functional areas. The successful incumbent will assist with the direction and management of the operational aspects of human resources including but not limited to employee and labor relations, compliance and diversity/inclusion for the West Division of Comcast.

Job Responsibilities:

(May perform any or all of the following duties.)
- Responsible for coaching managers on leadership skills and for directing the planning, development, implementation and administration of various Human Resource initiatives.
- Act as a resource for the Markets in matters of employee and labor relations.
- Advise senior management on personnel policy matters, make recommendations in line with corporate strategy.
- Evaluate and enhance all aspects of the organization?s employment practices including hiring, development, promotion, and retention data to assess workforce composition and identify areas where greater diversity would be beneficial.
- Develop and drive the Human Resource strategy.
- Administer Human Resources policies in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Administer performance management program.
- Facilitate and provide guidance to Divisional and Market management teams in all matters relating to the Human Resource function including: prioritizing and implementing strategy, policy/practice interpretation, rollout and compliance, and strategic workforce planning.
- Develop and implement metrics and solutions for monitoring employee relations trends.
- Assist in a project management / leadership role on special projects and initiatives.
- Assist with Divisional compliance of personnel and safety regulatory matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
EDUCATION:
- BA/BS Degree (and/or equivalent work experience) required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Min. 7 years Human Resources generalist experience including employee and labor relations, organizational development, training and people development, employment law, EEO/AA and leadership development.
- Effective demonstrated leadership (personal and team) and people / program management skills.
- Ability to make appropriate business judgments and decisions independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as with multiple departments and with front-line supervisors / managers and senior management.
- Superb interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws, and a familiarity of basic safety regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and instill trust within the organization.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with prior experience in training facilitation preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills
