International Organization is seeking a General Ledger Supervisor for their accounting and finance division.The primary purpose of this position is managing a team in the month end close process for the general ledger, fixed assets and inventory process.The ideal person for this role will have large company experience, supervisory experience and an ability to communicate directly with senior management team.
Essential functions:
•Maintain reconciliation of the G/L accounts and the integrity of financial statements
•Prepare and review audit schedules for annual audits
•Maintenance of G/L accounts, fixed assets and depreciation schedules
•Assists with international consolidations
•Ad Hoc projects as assigned
The successful individual in this role will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 6 plus years of direct accounting experience (CPA preferred), strong knowledge of GAAP and must have an ability to lead and thrive in a team environment.We offer a comprehensive benefit package including an employee stock purchase plan, retirement plan and education/tuition support.
