Real estate advertisement magazine is looking for a writer to write various articles on the real estate market, realtors or company profiles for marketing purposes or articles of interest.
For example, the current article we are looking to publish in our magazine will focus on design or building eco-friendly or "green" homes. We have an advertiser that is focusing his business on this market niche, so writer will need to talk with this client for technical and profile information. This article will be about two pages.
Our magazine has not carried articles before as we only publish real estate ads; so this is new for us. You must be willing to call one of our client realtors or companies to write copy for an advertisement profile or interesting article. Often realtors or companies will have previous articles written, so writer may be able to use base information to create a fresh article. If you are a top earning writer, please do not submit a bid as our company is not there yet. However, if you are a good writer, we hope to have projects for you with each issue if these prove to be a positive experience for us and our advertisers.
