We are hiring several fraud analysts for a Telecommunications Company located in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be results oriented, have attention for detail and meet the requirements below:
Responsibilities:
* Identify and track traffic at risk for bad debt and fraud.
* Perform multiple duties including customer contact.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
* Have strong troubleshooting skills in order to quickly resolve problems.
* Must be PC literate, detail-oriented and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Maintain productivity at or above shift average and meet departmental goals.
* Customer service background preferred.
* Must be able to pass a 10 year criminal background check.
Hours:
* Third shift: 10pm to 6:30am
* You must be able to work weekends
