Our client, a Colorado based company, seeks two people to join their financial reporting team.The company offers: •A fast paced, high growth environment •A lot opportunity for career advancement •Opportunity to get involved in complex accounting issues related to potential acquisitions, etc •Excellent benefits Responsibilities include: •Prepare financial information for reporting for corporation and partnership including, but not limited to: oconsolidating and consolidated trial balances; obalance sheets; ostatements of operations; ocash flow statements; ocomprehensive income statements; ostatements of members' capital, retained earnings and owners equity; ofinancial statement footnotes; omanagement's discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations; and oother financial schedules, reconciliations and financial information. •Proficiently use advanced spreadsheet functions and databases and periodically learn new programs. Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining reporting functions in new GL system •Document all report sections prepared to department standards required to meet Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and review report sections prepared and documented by other departments to meet same requirements. •On an annual basis, gather information for the calculation of the Shared Service Allocation percentage. •Participate in the preparation of reports, financial schedules and information for special projects, as assigned. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance is required.A minimum of four years experience in public accounting or private industry is required.SEC or financial reporting experience is required.CPA or MBA are a plus but not required.All qualified candidates are encouraged to forward resumes to Shirika.cousin@ajilonfinance.com.
