A top ranked, innovate technology organization is actively seeking a qualified Financial Analyst who will will develop, integrate, and analyze documents, and communicate various complex cost, schedule, and financial analyses to support program management. Will also coordinate and interact with multiple sources within the organization in the execution of cost reporting and management systems in support of business strategies. Prepares and maintains the program budget baseline, preparation and delivery of internal and external financial reports, evaluation of program actuals vs. budgets. Completes proposal pricing in accordance with RFP requirements. Identifies methods for implementing and improving processes, designs the solution, coordinates and communicates the solution’s design. Uses database management programs to analyze data and extract reports.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Business Management/Administration, Finance, or Accounting
•3+ years experience.
•Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
•Strong PC skills required – Excel and Access
•Familiarity with cost/schedule integration and applying program management methodologies is desirable.
•Experience with financial analysis and reporting.
