We are seeking a project manager with experience in HVAC system design and consulting, with advanced understanding of plumbing and fire protection design. We have an immediate need for an individual with thorough knowledge of advanced mechanical systems desired including temperature controls, cost estimating, commissioning and specification writing. Building Information modeling experience or interest desired. A proven team player with good writing and communication skills as well as a working knowledge of the building codes would be an asset. HVAC experience is mandatory to be considered for this position.
Our firm is active in commercial, institutional and industrial projects. Currently, we have ongoing relationships with firms specializing in aircraft maintenance and storage projects, historic renovations, recreation centers, speculative office buildings, K-12 school renovations and retail/banking facilities. We enjoy working on interesting and challenging projects, and have been involved in LEED and other assignments with energy conscious clientele.
