FLASH PROGRAMMER w/ADVANCED ACTIONSCRIPT SKILLS
LEADING INTERACTIVE MEDIA PRODUCTION COMPANY – Denver/LoDo office.
Click Point Ranch is looking for an enthusiastic and communicative team member to design and develop Flash websites, applications, and e-learning programs. The qualified candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively, work with a talented interactive design team, have a strong understanding of layout and navigation design, and site/application structure. Self-management and a great attitude are key. On some projects you may be in direct contact with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program ActionScript 2.0 or 3.0 on new and existing projects
- Maintain and improve existing ActionScript 2.0 code base
- General programming of HTML/DHTML/CSS/JavaScript web pages
- Involvement in interface design concepts related to programming approach/requirements
- Participate in general application design, testing, and deployments
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least three years of ActionScript programming experience
- Experience in creating XML-driven dynamic Flash sites and applications
- Experience in integrating Flash with other scripting languages
- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
- Flash animation and flash video expertise
- Web technology knowledge and expertise (i.e. HTML, DHTML, server side scripting and applications, databases, video compression for Web etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to program complex Flash web sites and stand-alone application
- Ability to work well in a team environment and strong communication skills a must
You should have an impressive portfolio of previous Flash programming work (please include links to relevant work online that is old and recent as well as references).
