REQUIREMENTS:
College Degree in accounting Preferred
College emphasis in business
Some customer service experience
2-5 years finance and or management expereinceexperience
Ability to work weekends and shift hours regularly
Travel and short term stays in different regions outside the Denver area

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, and have proven ability to learn new systems applications
Learns daily operations of the branch office.
Requires a college diploma or its equivalent with 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
GAAP experience and testing necessary
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision in the Denver area.
Good oral and written communication skills combined with analytical skills, such as the ability to structure a clear argument and a keen attention to detail.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
CPA candiates desired
Typically reports to the Regional Manager in Denver.
Training to develop and implement internal procedures so that the accounting staff know how to operate the records management system.
Good time management and self-organisation skills, including an ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Organization of fiscal documents.
Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.
COMPETANCIES:
Direct annual budgeting and planning process for the organization's annual budget
Develop and manage annual budget
Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Commitment to social justice and the mission
At least 3 years experience in Financial Management
Strong background and work experience in Finance
Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
