A Fortune 100 company located in North Denver currently has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to support the Sales Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, a team player and possess a desire to work in a face-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to Sales Operations Manager, including travel arrangements • Oversee time entry of all operations employees • Capture Inbound freight information • Create and complete work orders from the internal and external products and ensure proper allocations of charges • Track all operations expenses/reconcile purchase cards and ensure proper coding of invoices • Purchase of all supplies for operations and general office supplies • Corrects insufficient inventory quantities (IQ’s) • Track operations excellence and other performance metrics Requirements: • Must have a Bachelors Degree with at least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Superior verbal, written and presentation skills. Good punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail is a must • Strong interpersonal skills. Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships with others at all levels • Ability to adapt, multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment • Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans. • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook This is a contract to hire position with excellent benefits paying $30,000 to $35,000 per year depending on experience.
