Responsibilities: -Handle all phone calls and demonstrate excellent writing skills -Create and maintain a general office organizational system -Make travel arrangements and handle travel expense reports -Perform scheduling of meetings and appointments both of a personal and business nature -Process and distribute all incoming mail and manage all outgoing mail -Create and manage all expense reporting -General administrative duties as needed Requirements -1-2 years administrative experience in a support role -Propensity to embrace and thrive in a high energy environment -Ability to adapt and succeed with change -Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills -Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access -Bachelor’s Degree required This is a contract-to-hire position paying up to $15/hr.
