I am located in Denver, CO. If you are close by, that would help. I imagine I could work with someone located anywhere that shipping works well.
The first costume I want designed is a horse costume. It will be sized to fit an averaged sized human female. The costume does not have to look realistic. It does have to invoke the idea of a horse. In fact, a certain amount of humour in the design would be appreciated.
Visualize a gray mare that is overweight, has reins and a saddle. A guy invites a woman over to play " cowboy and his pony ". The woman comes into his dwelling, gives him a cowboy hat and fake spurs and a bandanna. ( part of the costume ) . When she comes over , he is wearing sweat pants and no shirt. She goes in the other room and changes into the costume and comes back out. He puts on the hat and other stuff and rides the pony around the room, while beating the pony's rump with the hat.
I expect more costumes to be designed in the months to come. I would prefer to stick with one supplier. I favor creativity and the ability to produce results over anything else. I will want to collaborate face to face or by using video conferencing, so you must have an up to date computer.
The pay depends on whether you want to participate in an on-going fashion or want to do a one-off.
