Responsibilities include: - Answering a multi-line switchboard, screen and transfer calls, takes messages and page employees when necessary. - Greeting vendors, visitors, and customers, - Maintains knowledge of key employees and their contacts - Updates and distributes company directory and company communiqu?s - Maintains conference room schedules - Receives and sends faxes, coordinates all out going mail (US Mail, regular/priority/express/certified) and sorts all incoming mail. - Takes on other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned.
Skills/ Requirements: - High school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. - Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are a must. - Must be able to multi task.
